Order Turnaround - In most cases we will ship your order in five business days or less. If you are ordering something that is out of stock, it may take up to seven business days to ship out to you. This means that you need to put your order in with at least two weeks before your event to ensure it reaches you in time. 

Refunds - There will be no refunds once we have sent you your customized digital goods (the invitation, thank you note, thank you tags and birthday banner) with the exception of damaged product. If your product is damaged, please take a photo and email it to us treatpartyboutique@gmail.com. Please open your party box when you receive it to let us know if there are any problems. You don't want to wait until the day before your party to check on everything. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you are returning for reasons other than a damaged product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at treatpartyboutique@gmail.com and we will send you an email with next steps to exchange.
